About Caroline

Horses have always been seen as the archetypes of power, grace, freedom, and wild energy. By their wonderful sensitivity they became my most acute teachers. I have seen and experienced how they magnified any slight incongruence in the actions I took with the emotions I was holding. How they mirrored my inner feelings, and by their very nature took me deep within the Heart. By this process I was able to refine and practice my innermost desire to be at one with them. In turn I began to realize my deepest desire to consciously experience being at one with all, even though sometimes I experienced emotions, thoughts and feelings that were quite the opposite.

My first memory of a horse was at two and a half years old when I slipped my mothers hand, ran across the road and grabbed the foreleg of a horse that was out on exercise, shouting out 'my horse my horse' my mother as you can imagine was somewhat shocked. Some years later when speaking about the incident she said 'that to her knowledge I had never seen a picture, or even heard anything about horses!' All I knew is that I loved horses more than anything, I insisted with all the will I could muster that I rode!

At 3 years old I got my wish, and then rest as they say is history.

Thirty five years of dedication in the pursuit of excellence, various certificates, (which you can see on the contact page) and about 300 or more horses later, I met a woman who was sitting next to me in a meditation centre, she said that one day anyone who wanted to would be able to talk with horses. As a professional trainer at the time, I thought she was totally barking mad! Further confirmed when she told me that I would be talking with them as well - now she is one of my closest friends!

Well it's a funny old world isn't it, and lo and behold here I am teaching people to communicate with themselves and their horses, over the years the form it has taken has gradually changed, from being a 'horse communicator' to working consciously as a facilitator for people who are ready to take this step into their own autonomy and unique way of expressing what they love most. In this way of working I am practicing what I love to do most as well.

Through profound and awakening experiences, my life has completely changed, through exploring many methods, engaging in a process of inner development, training in Living Alchemy www.living-alchemy.com and the structure of the Heart Communication method. Emotional Freedom Technique and Life Coaching, 'Awakening with Horses' has been born.
